Alan Wall has published many novels, including Bless the Thief which was translated as Loue Soit Le Voleur and published by Flammarion. His book of poetry Jacob was shortlisted for the Hawthornden Prize, and was re-published this year together with his verse version of Gilgamesh. He is the Professor of Writing and Literature at the University of Chester.
